The
microfabrication group at CAMD is an internationally
competitive research and service program in LIGA.
This effort includes continuously improving process
reliability and developing new process combinations,
achieving improved understanding of the relationship
between materials and processing, and providing this
combined knowledge as a LIGA service to the MEMS community.
