PWM101 Light-duty Spinner

 Spins standard 4" diameter silicon or ceramic substrates or smaller diameters or pieces, at speeds up to 4000 rpm. Due to the absence of a chemical drain, foil is used to contain the extra resist. Thus, the foil must be changed after each use in order to correctly identify the resist for proper disposal.

PWM103 Heavy-duty Spinner

 Supports a 5" x 5" substrate for spinning. A non-standard substrate can be spun with this instrument if it fits securely inside the spinning jig. Foil is used for chemical drainage and it must be changed after each use.
